Estimated final weight is between 325 and 425 lbs per half, hanging weight. The yield from this would be approximately 70%, so if your half was 325lbs hanging weight, this will give you approximately 225lbs of meat. Butcher fees and cut and wrap fees are included in the final price. A $250 deposit is required to order. The final cost will be calculated based on the total weight of the animal after it is processed.
