$4.50/LB – the estimated final weight is between 75 and 110 lbs. hanging weight. Final price determined by final hanging weight. Once the pork is weighed, you will receive a receipt for the final charge. The final price is determined by final weight of the animal. A half pork with a hanging weight of 75 lbs will return approximately 60lbs of cuts in your freezer, including chops, roasts, bacon, and ham. You will need to specify what cuts you want once the pig is butchered.
