$4.25/LB hanging weight – the estimated final weight is between 160 and 220 lbs. Final price determined by final hanging weight. Once item(s) is weighed, you will receive a receipt for the final charge. A whole pork with a hanging weight of 160 lbs will return around 120-140 lbs of cuts in your freezer, including chops, roasts, bacon, and ham. You will need to specify what cuts you want once the pig is butchered.
